For Private Music Lessons you will need to
- Download the student handbook
- Print/sign/return completed CCA Enrollment Agreement
- Complete either the PDF or the on-line registration form
- Print/sign/return the appropriate completed Medical Release Form (for Adults or Children)
For Group Art/Dance Classes you will need to
- Download the student handbook
- Print/sign/return completed CCA Enrollment Agreement
