Dear Parents,
I know that your children are so precious and important to you. As you bring them to the Baptism class know that God loves them too. This class is not just about Baptism, but also about the Creator of the Universe and His plan for you; your children and your families.
As parents we spend time in so many areas giving our children the best. We want opportunities for them in all areas. We concentrate on sports, arts, good schools, home education, academic edge and social environment. These are all good, but do we always give the same attention to their spiritual life? Let me challenge you today to make your children's relationship with God a priority. This will affect their eternity.
I am praying that I will get out of God's way and allow Him to speak directly to your children. When your children have completed this class they should have a better understanding of Baptism. This should enable them to be better equipped to make a personal decision. But even more, I am praying that each of them will have a relationship with the living God, Maker of all things, which will last forever.
