Gulf To Lake Church is fortunate to have volunteers who are dedicated and trained to care for your child. For your child's safety, each of our volunteers undergoes a security background check before caring for your child.
NURSERY/TODDLER AND PRESCHOOL/KINDERGARTEN
At check-in, the parent or guardian will be issued a numbered security pager upon signing their child in which may be used by the classroom volunteer(s) to call the parent/guardian out of service if necessary. The pager will vibrate if a volunteer is trying to locate them.
At dismissal, the parent or guardian must present the security pager to the classroom volunteers after the service before the child is released.
Only adults are permitted to pick children up from the Nursery/Toddler and Preschool/Kindergarten rooms. Please do not send older siblings. It is also suggested that only one parent/guardian call for their child after service. This will save confusion at the classroom door.
SON STUDIO
At check-in, parents are given a security number that matches the number their child has on their security wristband.
At dismissal, the parent must show the workers in the studio their number so it can be matched to the number on their child's wristband. When the workers match the parent's number they will be released.
Adults only are permitted to pick children up from the Studio. Please do not send older siblings. Due to safety reasons, children will not be allowed to meet you in the church parking lot, The Coffee Corner or outside of the Children's Worship Center.
PLEASE BE PROMPT PICKING CHILDREN UP AT DISMISSAL.
