We are negotiating with the owner of the property next door and should have a set price within a week. Your council and trustees will meet this Monday to brainstorm about the property and our vision for its use. PRAY FOR US. We met with an engineer and it looks like there is a good possibility of using the present D.R.A. in the back for a new building and use the land we are going to purchase to move the D.R.A. SWIFTMUD has to approve this, but in speaking to one of their engineers, they too believe this is a good possibility.

I told you in the last blog that we should have at least 50 kids for our first sport's academy meeting - soccer. We had 67. This last Sunday we had 78. We will be continually monitoring this to see where we should go next, but it looks like we have struck a chord in some families.

Our summer Sport's Camps and Music Camp is planned and will be very exciting. We have most everything in place and the instruction this year will be the best we have ever had.

My new sermon series on being "FULLY ENGAGED" or fully committed is a vital one for any church, but in particular, Gulf To Lake, as we anticipate fulfilling our God-given vision of reaching out to this county.
