Senior Pastor
Pastor Lloyd and his wife Nancy started Gulf to Lake Church on January 1st, 1995 with 12 people in attendance at their home. Three weeks later they had the first service to the community in a rented Banquet Hall in Meadowcrest and 192 people showed up. God has had His hand on the ministry from day one. Pastor Lloyd began as a Senior Pastor in April of 1981 in Colorado, but Crystal River is his home town. He has a D. Min. degree but will tell you that the best training was starting a church from scratch and making a lot of mistakes that was "covered" by the grace and mercy of God.
Associate Pastor
Pastor Steve was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He married his high school sweetheart, Laura. They have 2 boys, Christian and Cason. He graduated from the Baptist College of Florida with a BA in Christian Education in 2002. In 2008 he received a Master of Arts Leadership Degree from Liberty Theological Seminary. After serving at Gulf to Lake for 10 years as the Youth Pastor, he moved into the Associate Pastor Role in 2019. He continues to serve Gulf to Lake Church with joy and cannot wait to see what God has in store for Gulf to Lake Church.
Minister of Music/Worship
Nancy was born in Columbus, Ohio and has been a resident of Florida for over 30 years. She is the wife of the Senior Pastor and co-founder of Gulf to Lake Church. Nancy has a Bachelor of Music Education & Performance and has been in Full-time Music Ministry for over 30 years. Her scripture to live by is “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take!” (Prov. 3:5-6)
Youth Pastor
Children's Ministry Director
Kerri currently serves as the Children’s Director at Gulf To Lake Church. She has been on staff with Gulf to Lake Church since 2005. Born in Wisconsin, she received her degree in Administration. She is married to Jeff and has three children. She is privileged to coordinate Gulf To Lake Church Nursery, Pre-School, and Children’s Ministry. Creativity is her specialty! Loving children is her passion!
Sports and Recreation Minister
Chris was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been a Floridian since age 13 and has a background in the financial industry. He has served as a volunteer leader for Gulf To Lake Church for many years and has been on staff with Gulf to Lake Church since 2010 as our Recreation Pastor. His passion is in directing and leading sports and recreation for all ages and now serves on Staff as the Director of Sports and Recreation. He is married to Kelli and has three children.
Family Care Minister
Nicole was born in Barberton, Ohio and moved with her husband Erec to Citrus County over 20 years ago. Nicole has a degree and background in Early Childhood Education. She has 5 children and two grandchildren. Nicole looks forward to using her compassion for people
to serve Gulf To Lake Church.
Kelli Hope
Kelli and her husband Chris and 3 children, Andrew, Mitchell & Alyssa have attended GTLC since 2005. In 2013, Kelli joined the staff at GTLC with her financial background and has enjoyed serving in the Kingdom of God utilizing her gifts and talents to serve the congregation.
Cyndi Yahn
Music Ministry Assistant
Cyndi started at GTLC in 2022. She earned her B.S. in Psychology, and completed 69 graduate hours in Counseling Psychology and Addictions.

Donna has been with Gulf to Lake Church for many years and loves taking care of our babies here at Gulf to Lake Church.

Tracy was born and raised in Florida. He does it all and loves serving his church.

Custodian
Laura was born and raise in Jacksonville. She is married to Pastor Steve and has two wonderful boys. She loves to sing and loves to serve people. She joined our GTLC staff in 2016.
Lorraine Heymer
Born and raised in New Jersey. Moved to Florida in 2011. Joined the staff of GTLC in 2016.
Mette Ehrhardt
Mette has lived in Inverness, Florida since July of 2020. She is married and has three children. She has an AA in accounting. She truly enjoys working at Gulf To Lake Church.
Walter Stewart
Sports and Recreation Assistant
Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Walter has been a part time resident for the past 10 years in Crystal River moving here permanently in 2023. He is a former All league football player and All state top 48 Basketball player. He played division 1 basketball at Columbia University. Prior to Joining Gulf to Lake church Walter spent most of his career in the financial industry.

Isabella is a senior in high school and has been a youth intern for the last year. She plans to go to college and pursue a ministry degree after she graduates.
